Frequently Asked Questions

Garbage Services FAQs

  • Our policy is cash, check or money order to the driver on delivery. The driver will have your receipt.

  • We only haul non-hazardous waste. Liquids, chemicals, whole tires, asphalt, dirt, compost or tree stumps cannot be placed in dumpsters. We will place a dumpster to haul out concrete/brick only but it cannot be mixed with trash.

  • We generally have one and two week’s rentals. Additional time can be reserved for an additional fee.

  • Please call the office at 810-793-1636 when your dumpster is full and ready to be removed. You do not have to be on sight for removal provided there are no objects blocking access to the dumpster.

  • All roll-off dumpsters have a door in the back which can be opened and secured to the side with a chain. Please close the door before your dumpster removal. Material in the dumpster cannot be higher than the sides on the container.

  • The allowed weight varies depending on the dumpster size; there is a per-ton charge if over-weight.

    • 10-yard = 4 ton
    • 15-yard = 5 ton
    • 20-yard = 6 ton
    • 30-yard = 7 ton
    • 40-yard = 8 ton

Any weight over the allowed limit will be an additional charge of $40 per ton.

A quick rinse is nice for many things, but don't worry about getting your containers sparkling clean. The main concern is actually the paper in your bin, which food and moisture can ruin.
